Wellbeing among the olives
At the heart of the garden, among centuries-old olive trees, an old water cistern has been transformed into a sheltered hot tub, accompanied by an olive-wood sauna. Green sets the tone, echoing the natural shades that surround the house. Here, relaxation carries the scent of ancient olive groves – warm, enveloping and soothing enough to make the hurried pace of everyday life feel very far away.
Parking with a view
Ca’ del Pastore lies just outside Malcesine. The final 300 metres are along an unpaved road. From the A22 Brennero–Verona–Modena motorway, take the Rovereto Sud exit and follow the signs for Lake Garda. Travelling on the A4 Milan–Venice motorway, take the Peschiera exit, follow the signs for Bardolino and continue north until you reach Malcesine.
